The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to reach London Waterloo. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and it is situated within the Two Rivers shopping complex. the rooms offer some advantages, such as a view of trees and bins, and the hotel is close to all the necessary shops for daily needs.
There were cleanliness concerns raised by previous guests, including dirty glasses and spoons in the room, as well as a dirty bathroom with diapers left in the trash can.

you can eat at frankie & benny's, which is set 100 metres away from the property. the location was 1 km from spelthorne museum.

Great location, easy to find. the room was big enough and had a nice view. Their lobby was warm and cozy.
The cleanliness standards were disappointing, especially during the New Year's holiday. Found hairs in the shower and on the bedsheets.
